The idea behind my (mostly) low-carb dessert recipes: homemade, no sugar, and no problem ingredients such as grains or trans fats.
It's not always easy to develop these recipes. Sometimes I miss the days of baking with white flour and sugar - it was so EASY! But I'm very committed to my way of life, so I keep working until I develop wonderful sweets and baked goods that my entire family enjoys.
