When people ask me what I like best about being a food blogger, my answer is that I love eating good food! I've had this blog for over ten years now, and I cook from it almost daily.
I also love being able to create recipes that enable my readers to eat well and enjoy their food while keeping their goals.
But when you have a public website, there's another reward - recognition for your hard work by others.
I get so excited whenever I see one of my recipes mentioned on another blog or website! While being a food blogger may seem easy, it's in fact quite demanding. Make no mistake - I and my fellow food bloggers work very hard (luckily, for the most part, we also enjoy what we do).
So when our work is recognized by other publications, and especially by major media outlets, it feels like such an amazing accomplishment.
Here are just a few of the wonderful websites that have featured my recipes. I feel humbled and grateful when I look at this list.
