Coming up with healthy shrimp recipes is so easy. Shrimp are very healthy, after all - especially wild caught shrimp - so it's just a matter of not ruining them with junk.
I love shrimp. I love them simply poached and dipped in melted butter or low carb cocktail sauce. I love them baked, grilled, fried... I haven't yet found a shrimp recipe that I didn't like. :) The only shrimp dishes I avoid are those that are high in carbs, or fried in vegetable oil, such as popcorn shrimp.
