This tasty turkey salad substitutes Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.

Makes 4 servings

Total time: 10 minutes

4 cups cooked white and dark turkey meat, no skin, diced
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup reduced fat crumbled feta cheese
1 cup Voskos Greek Yogurt, plain lowfat, mixed with:
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Easy! Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and stuff inside pita or serve in a toasted bun.
