The ingredients are simple: Salmon fillets, butter, and Cajun-style spices. You can use skin-on or skinless salmon, but I prefer skin-on because the skin is so wonderfully flavorful.

Your second step is to season the fish all over with the Cajun-style rub.

Cook the fish in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Start skin side down and cook for 3 minutes.

Now, turn the fish and cook the flesh side for three more minutes.

To make sure the fish is cooked through, place it in the oven for a few minutes.
And it's perfectly cooked! Browned on the outside, and so juicy on the inside.
