1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 skewers, soaked in water
1. Heat grill to medium-high.
2. Brush the chicken with the oil and sprinkle with spices.
3. Thread chicken pieces on the skewers.
4. Grill the chicken, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
