Mexican Recipes
I used to think that there's no such thing as healthy Mexican recipes. Burritos, tacos, enchiladas - these are all delicious foods, but they rely heavily on refined starches.
As it turns out, I was wrong. Mexican food can actually be very healthy. All you need to do is focus on the wonderfully seasoned fresh meat, seafood and vegetables and ignore the processed and refined starches. Please scroll down to check out my recipes. I hope you'll enjoy them as much as I do!
