A wonderful appetizer, these goat cheese stuffed dates are drizzled with honey and topped with walnuts. Savory, sweet and crunchy in one bite!

- 24 small pitted dates
- 4 oz soft goat cheese
- 24 walnut halves
- 4 teaspoons honey
Make a lengthwise slit in each date.
Soften the goat cheese for just a few seconds in the microwave. Use a small teaspoon to stuff each date with a little cheese.
Place a walnut half on top, and lightly press to make sure it adheres to the cheese.
If serving immediately, drizzle with honey and serve.
If making ahead, refrigerate the dates until ready to serve. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving to allow the cheese to soften. Drizzle with honey and serve.
