Buttery Baked Scallops
Tip: for perfect scallops, bake them covered, then briefly broil to brown the tops.
White wine (optional)
Salt, pepper, and spices
Parsley for garnish
Mix the topping
Mix the topping: butter, parmesan, and spices.
Top the scallops
Spoon a little of the topping mixture on top of each scallop.
Cover and bake
Bake the scallops for 20-25 minutes in a 350F oven.
Broil until the tops are browned and crispy (use a broiler-safe pan).
