I have quite a few spaghetti squash recipes on this blog. I love spaghetti squash. It is delicious, healthy, low carb and very versatile.
Much like cauliflower, spaghetti squash is an important part of low carb and paleo cooking, because it beautifully replaces beloved high carb or grain based foods.
