However, the volume of emails I receive is quite high. I do try to respond to all emails, and I do read them all - I don't have an assistant that does it for me. So if it takes a while for me to get back to you, please forgive me.
However, I don't always see the comments left on social media, especially if they are left on older recipes. So as I said, the best way to make sure I see your comment/question is to email me.

You're welcome to request a recipe! As to whether I'll actually develop it, would depend on whether I feel it's appropriate for this website, would be helpful to other readers, and whether I think my family would enjoy it.
You may use one image and an excerpt from a recipe and link back to that recipe. I don't allow republishing an entire recipe, and I don't allow using any of my material without linking back to that material.
At this time, I do not accept guest posts on this website.
I'm sorry that I can't do that. I would encourage you to find a low-carb-friendly physician and/or nutritionist and work with them.
