Vegetable Recipes
It's true that not everyone likes all vegetables. But in my humble opinion, if anyone tells you that they simply and categorically "don't like veggies," it's because they never tried a truly good recipe. When prepared properly, vegetable recipes can be very tasty.
Some of them, like kale and spinach, do have an inherent bitter flavor, which is a turnoff for picky eaters, kids or adults. But you can make even them more palatable. Simply use them to make tasty recipes such as kale fritters, kale chips, and spinach lasagna.
