Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup honey
  • 10 oz fresh cranberries
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the water and honey. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cranberries. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low.
  3. Simmer until cranberries are soft and some of them burst, 10-15 minutes
  4. Cool to room temperature, about 20 minutes, then refrigerate. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
