George Foreman grilled beef burgers – juicy, intensely flavorful, and so easy to make!

Makes 4 burgers

Total time: 15 minutes
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Form 4 large patties, each 3 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.

2. Preheat a two sided, dual contact, George Foreman type indoor grill. Lightly spray with olive oil spray.

3. Grill patties 4 minutes for medium-rare, or 5 minutes for medium. Serve immediately, on buns if desired.
